The Summit Creek model home – “Bellflower” Mountain Villa – was awarded the “Judges Choice Platinum Award” by the Utah Valley Parade of Homes judges who are all the builders of the 27 homes participating in the Parade of Homes. This is a highly-regarded award, as all 27 homes are evaluated by this panel of builders who also have homes in the show – very knowledgeable, worthy critics!
