Coral Bell Mountain Villa Home At Summit Creek Wins Judge’s Choice Award

Summit Creek is pleased to announce that our ‘Coral Bell’ Mountain Villa home has been awarded a Judge’s Choice Award in the 2016 Utah Valley Parade of Homes. This honor marks the third time in three years that a Judge’s Choice Award has been earned by homes at Summit Creek. The ‘Inspiration’ custom home garnered a coveted Judge’s Choice Platinum Award in the 2015 Utah Valley Parade of Homes, and the Bellflower Model Home won in the 2014 Parade.

Judge’s Choice Winners were selected by the builders involved in the Parade of Homes. Builders participated in peer-to-peer judging, and judged each other’s homes within their own tier. Parade homes were broken down into seven tiers based on price, with upgrades factored in but excluding lot and landscaping. Five categories and an overall home score determined the point system for the award and included: Exterior, Floor Plan & Layout, Living Space, Design, and Builder Concept & Workmanship.

Summit Creek’s ‘Coral Bell’ Mountain Villa home was built by Grizzly Mountain Construction, also the builder of the 2014 award-winning Bellflower home. Coral Bell features Summit Creek’s trademark seamless connections to the outdoors with remarkable views from every window. This 3,600 sq. ft. home lives large with an open-concept floor plan; Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances; private main level office; main level master bedroom with beautifully-appointed master bath; two additional bedrooms and baths plus a huge family room on the lower level that walk out to a welcoming outdoor patio with a fire pit, water feature, and private lawn.
