Celebrating the Wonder of the Winter at Summit Creek

Marked by long days on the slopes, fireside sips with the family and snow activities galore, winter in the Wasatch is truly something to celebrate—and this year, our Summit Creek community decided to dedicate a day to doing just that. Taking place on a beautiful, snowy Saturday in February, our Winter Social featured an event jam-packed with snowshoe adventures, s’mores beside the firepit and a family snowman building competition alongside family, friends and neighbors. Take a closer look at the fun below.

After gathering over light bites and gearing up with our provided snowshoe equipment at Loafer Clubhouse, residents set out to explore Summit Creek’s snow-swept landscape via one of our family-friendly trails or more challenging routes.

Upon returning from snowshoe ventures, residents warmed up at Loafer Clubhouse with fireside hot chocolate and s’mores. Following refreshments, the event closed out with Summit Creek’s Family Snowman Building Competition where participants competed for a sweet prize—Swig gift cards.
