Community Trails

  • Right beyond your backdoor lie miles of trails that beckon year-round opportunities for every adventure-seeker. Residents boast unrestrained access to trails that meander Loafer Mountain and Santaquin Peak, affording residents a wide-range of activities, from hiking to snowshoeing to cross country skiing. Countless other trails sit just nearby, suitable for a wide range of abilities, including Mount Timpanogos, Y Mountain and the wheelchair accessible Cascade Springs trail in American Fork Canyon.

Unlike the rest of the Wasatch front, Summit Creek enjoys distinctive year-round green vegetation. Even in the winter, pine trees emerge from the heavy blanket of snow, a picturesque habitat for the wildlife that freely roams open acres above and directly upon our land.

At Summit Creek, residents abide by nature — not above it. The wildlife corridors are protected in effort to preserve the natural habitat for generations of residents to enjoy, allowing for elk and deer to move freely among the mountains above to the valleys below.
