My husband and I moved here four years ago from beautiful Colorado. We were looking for a place to settle in Utah hoping we could find something that would compare to our home in Colorado. This community has exceeded all of our expectations. The views are breathtaking. The wildlife is incredible and the people are so genuine.
We love living in such a picturesque, beautiful spot. We enjoy the view in every season and especially love watching the deer, elk and birds in our backyard . We moved from our family home of 48 years to Summit Creek and felt it was home right away.
Hidden gem! We own a lot here at Summit Creek, getting ready to build and we absolutely can’t wait! Some things that attracted us to this particular development vs others in and around Woodland Hills, Salem etc. are:-Location, sitting above every other development with a wildlife corridor in our back yard.-Accommodations, from the trail/bike system to the amazing pools, pickleball courts, community center fully equipped for a workout session or a family reunion venue-Proximity to grocery stores, hospital and schools. We are far enough removed to not have any noise pollution yet close enough to anything we might need. Best of both worlds!-Strict CC&Rs, this is a plus for us!
