Summit Creek is pleased to announce that our ‘Inspiration’ custom home has garnered a coveted Judge’s Choice Platinum Award in the 2015 Utah Valley Parade of Homes. This is the second Judge’s Choice Platinum Award earned by Summit Creek, following the selection of the Bellflower Model Home in the 2014 Utah Valley Parade of Homes.

Judge’s Choice Winners were selected by the builders involved in the Parade of Homes. Builders participated in peer-to-peer judging, and judged each other’s homes within their own tier. Parade homes were broken down into five tiers based on price, with upgrades factored in but excluding lot and landscaping. Five categories and an overall home score determined the point system for the award and included: Exterior, Floor Plan & Layout, Living Space, Design, and Builder Concept & Workmanship.
