Featuring three distinct swimming pools, a hot tub, sun ledge with bubble jets, waterfall features, locker rooms with showers and expansive, multi-level lounging spaces, this new year-round complex is the ultimate destination at Summit Creek to relax, have fun and revel in sweeping views of Loafer Mountain and the Wasatch Front—whether poolside or atop the private, rooftop sundeck.

The much-anticipated multiple swimming pool complex has been thoughtfully designed for year-round enjoyment, complete with three heated pools and incredible vistas of the surrounding landscape. So, whether you’re cooling off this summer or warming up come winter, Summit Springs is your go-to destination for soaking up the luxury of mountain living.

Summit Creek residents of all ages can enjoy the large resort pool, complete with a serene sun ledge, bubble jets for the kiddos and two waterfall features. Set atop the Summit Springs complex with far-reaching vistas of the mountains beyond is the private, adult-only pool and adjacent hot tub, ideal for relaxing solo, engaging with friends or simply taking in the views. Summit Springs also boasts a lap pool for those who wish to work a sweat while cooling off. The Extras

Secluded above the pool deck lies an elevated, rooftop sun deck, where residents can lounge amidst breathtaking mountain vistas. Just below the deck are adjoining men’s and women’s locker rooms and restrooms, complete with showers.
