Happy Sumo

When Happy Sumo opened in 1999, it gave Utahns a rare opportunity to enjoy an authentic sushi experience. More than two decades later, the upscale Asian bistro (with locations in Provo and Salt Lake City) remains a favorite for anyone in search of sushi and special rolls. Indoor dining is available with limited capacity (reservations are recommended), but you can also place an order for contactless curbside pickup or delivery. 

Tadka Cuisine of India

For some of the tastiest Indian food around, take a trip to Tadka Cuisine of India in Payson. This hole-in-the-wall eatery offers Indian classics such as vegetable samosas, chicken tandoori, and chicken tikka masala. Though the indoor dining room is currently closed because of the pandemic, you can still order your favorite dishes for pickup or delivery.
